lII. BIFF - Budapest International Film Festival
3rd BIFF - Budapest International Film Festival
Oct 24 to November 1, 2026, Corvin cinema
From October 24 to November 1, we're celebrating the year's biggest festival successes and most exciting international films together for the third time at the Budapest International Film Festival. Building on the success of the past two editions, the festival returns to Corvin Cinema for 9 days with an even bigger lineup: 45 films to choose from, including the latest works from Martin McDonagh, Taika Waititi, Mike Leigh and Anton Corbijn, alongside this year's most exciting international titles.
Over the past two years, BIFF has become one of Budapest's key cultural gathering spots, where audiences can discover the most exciting international films of the year all in one place, meet the filmmakers, and be part of what's happening in contemporary film culture.
TICKETS:
Ticket sales for the festival will open on October 6 at 10 AM via BIFF’s own ticketing platform. This year, we’re introducing several new discounts and offers: 3,000 student tickets will be available with the support of Raiffeisen and Visa, alongside Early Bird tickets and volume discounts. And for our most dedicated festivalgoers, the limited-edition festival pass will be available again.
