Sierra Delta at the Mine!
In code, ‘sierra delta’ means: a poorly planned mission. And this is true in every respect of Deli Soma’s (Middlemist Red) studio project.
Songs were in the making for five years, with countless rewrites and redesigns, yet the project never lost its ‘mission’ feel.
The somewhat bumpy preparations were followed by a rather strong start. In December 2024, following a sudden opportunity, the project evolved into a band, and the four-piece line-up (Sára Háló, Geri Háló, Ábel Ürögdi, Deli Soma) made their debut as the support act for Analog Balaton’s end-of-year double sold-out concert at the Hungarian House of Music.
