Her research and professional work focus on examining educational inequalities, pedagogical culture, inclusive learning environments, and the functioning of the education system. In her work, she strives to connect research, pedagogical practice, and public policy so that the underlying operational logics behind educational problems become more understandable and more amenable to change.
