Edward Bloom always lies. He is a great storyteller and an excellent anecdote-teller: with his strange, colorful imagination, he sweeps everyone off their feet, even those who may not believe his stories about his journey around the world, giants, witches, storms and Siamese twins singing in ringing voices. He does not convince his son alone - he wants a simpler, more lovable father.
However, when it turns out that Edward is terminally ill, his son starts talking to him anyway. He wants to finally get to know his father: he listens to all his incredible stories and tries to believe them: behind all the lies, he is looking for reality. No idea what he'll find...
