As autumn invites us to slow down and savor evenings around the table, Al Habtoor Palace Budapest introduces a new wine tasting series at Ottimo, beginning with celebrated Hungarian winery SAUSKA.

The inaugural evening will feature a guided tasting of four SAUSKA wines, including the winery’s new cuvée, accompanied by a selection of charcuterie. The tasting will be led by Gergely Kovács, SAUSKA’s Commercial Director, whose passion for wine and more than 20 years of industry experience promise engaging insights into the wines and the stories behind them. Set in Ottimo’s elegant surroundings, the evening brings together fine wines, delicious bites and relaxed conversation. Following the launch, the series will continue with regular sommelier-led tastings, offering further opportunities to discover new wines and deepen an appreciation of winemaking.
