If you are doing Dry November, you might often find yourself feeling thrown off balance, or perhaps dwelling on starting to drink again.

If you don't have other plans for that evening, feel like connecting with others—sober—is difficult, or simply want to give yourself a chance to experience what it's like to dance freely without inhibitions and anxiety, we warmly welcome you to a body-focused, mindful dance session.
No dance experience is required—just come with an open and receptive mind toward movement, your body's signals, yourself, and others. There are no wrong moves here; every movement is perfect just as it emerges.
