Wayne Marshall
Wayne Marshall returns to Müpa Budapest for a third time, bringing with him the organ playing that never fails to delight audiences. The British musician, aptly nicknamed “Mr. Enthusiasm” in a portrait article, once again promises the Budapest public a full-intensity experience and a brilliantly varied programme.

Schedule
The artist, renowned for his exceptional improvisational skills, will explore both a Hungarian folk song and Gershwin melodies. Alongside several exciting 20th-century works, his programme also features indispensable classics from the organ repertoire: Bach’s Toccata and Fugue in D minor, and the largest-scale work ever written for the “queen of instruments” – Liszt’s monumental fantasia and fugue Ad nos, ad salutarem undam, based on a theme from a Meyerbeer opera.
Müpa Budapest
Müpa Budapest is one of Hungary's best-known cultural brands and one of the most modern cultural institutions, bringing together different artistic disciplines in a unique way: it hosts classical, contemporary, light, jazz and world music, opera, new circus, dance, literature and film.
