Lunchtime Concert – Saxophone Ensemble of the Liszt Academy
Young talents at the House of Music at lunchtime

Schedule
Give a concert at lunchtime! Have lunch with a concert! In the House of Hungarian Music’s Lunchtime series we can enjoy short concerts by young talents at midday, and there’s even enough time for a meal alongside the 35-minute mini-concerts. At the December edition of the series, the saxophone ensemble of the Liszt Academy of Music will present a programme fitting for the upcoming festive season: alongside Ottorino Respighi’s selection Old Dances and Airs, Hector Berlioz’s sacred song, Francis Poulenc’s motets, and Béla Bartók’s work based on Romanian Christmas carols will create a truly Advent atmosphere. The members of the ensemble are: Noémi Bakó, Bálint Deli, Botond Görgei, Blanka Horváth, Levente Lajkó, Timót Magyary, Edit Merics and Xulun Ai, with Erzsébet Seleljo and Viktor Nagy as artistic directors.
