Religious fanaticism is spreading in a remote Australian town. Two boys, Naim and Ryan, live in this stifling atmosphere and are in love with each other. However, as they explore their sexuality, the teenagers face physical and psychological violence at every turn: they must flee from an unknown entity that takes the form of the person they desire most—each other.
