The curators of the exhibition *It Will Never End*, art historians Lucia Gregorová Stach and Katarína Bajcurová, invite interested visitors to an English-language guided tour. During the guided tour, the curators will present the concept behind the exhibition, which features a selection from the Art Fond Collection in Bratislava, and offer an insight into their curatorial work exploring the legacy of the Central and Eastern European neo-avant-garde and its contemporary continuation.
Spanning from the 1960s to the present day, the exhibition explores the continuities, ruptures and transformations that have shaped experimental art in Slovakia within the broader Central European context. Key works of the Neo-Avant-Garde engage in dialogue with works by the middle and younger generations, revealing points of connection that extend beyond chronology and direct artistic influences. During the guided tour, the curators will use selected works to illustrate the connections, tensions and unexpected links that emerge in the exhibition. They will also provide an insight into the development of the curatorial concept, the selection process for works from the Art Fond Collection, and how the Ludwig Museum’s exhibition space has shaped the structure of the exhibition and the dialogue between the works.

About the curators
Lucia Gregorová Stach is an art historian, critic and curator; a researcher at the Centre for Art Studies of the Slovak Academy of Sciences; and a lecturer at the Academy of Fine Arts in Banská Bystrica. She was previously the chief curator of the modern and contemporary collections at the Slovak National Gallery. Her research focuses on modern and contemporary art, the neo-avant-garde, and artistic practices in Central and Eastern Europe.
Katarína Bajcurová is an art historian and Director-General of the Centre for Art Research at the Slovak Academy of Sciences. She worked at the Slovak National Gallery for thirty years, serving as its Director-General between 1999 and 2009. She is one of the best-known researchers and curators of Slovak modern and contemporary art, and the author of numerous influential exhibitions and specialist books.

Ludwig Museum
The Ludwig Museum - Museum of Contemporary Art, located in Müpa, is the first museum in Hungary to exclusively collect contemporary art. In addition to a permanent exhibition of the collection donated by the Ludwigs and a number of temporary exhibitions, the museum aims to raise awareness of the works and their creators through special publications and a variety of art education and art education programmes.
