Platon Karataev Duo // Inga, 11.21

Following last year’s memorable concert, the Platon Karataev Duo will once again be performing at Inga.

The band’s two founding members will once again present, in an intimate, acoustic setting, the songs that have become defining works of the Hungarian alternative music scene in recent years. In addition to their well-known compositions, songs from the album *Napkötöző* will also be performed in a special, stripped-down style.

Platon Karataev has played sold-out concerts at the Akvárium, MÜPA, and the A38 Ship, and abroad they have performed at prestigious festivals such as Roadburn, Reeperbahn, Eurosonic, and Liverpool Sound City. Their Fonogram Award-winning albums, *Partért kiáltó* and *Napkötöző*, further solidified their place among the leading bands of the contemporary Hungarian music scene.
