As we know, Beethoven is the Mozart of music. In Hungarian: the alpha and omega of all classical musicians, the greatest rebel, the coolest rocker, the man who turned music upside down and defied fate itself: da-da-da-daaam! In just under an hour, actor János Szemenyei and host-conductor Máté Hámori will bring us this superhero, showing how music written two hundred years ago can still be hard-hitting, tight, revolutionary, high-energy and astonishingly sensitive all at once. There’ll be piano playing, orchestral racket, a deafness simulator and much more. For the strong-nerved only!
Location
House of Music Hungary
A music education centre and concert venue in the heart of the City Park, behind the airy futuristic glass facade of Japanese architect Sou Fujimoto.
