Pancs-Gasztroplacc - Farmer's market

It's a shame to deny it, we are proud that Élesztő is not just a pub. Where the dim and chatty Saturday night atmosphere fills our space, where the whole unit changes face, and where once there were people chatting and having fun, the next day you find a farmers' market. The wines of the VinoPiano Wine Bar are probably familiar to those who regularly visit the Élesztő House. However, the wine bar's manager, Balázs Vajas, is also the "father" of Pancs - a gastroplaque, an exciting and exclusive Budapest farmers' market that occupies the courtyard of the Élesztő House every Sunday until 2pm.
