Memphis x The Balance: The Monarch’s Chic Game w/ Miroloja (Fashion Show)

Ever lived the ultimate experience? An experience that includes it all? We brought it to you!

In collaboration with The Balance, we are thrilled to present our first Memphis episode of 2025: The Monarch’s Chic Game, where you will experience 4 rooms of various styles of art exhibitions by 13 artists, a fashion show on the dance floor by 18 fashion brands/designers, a live visual show, a live painting performance on the dance floor, and a market.

For that, we have invited the well-known French duo Miroloja back in town after their unforgettable debut with us back in 2022, to rock the dance floor with their house/microhouse tunes. They'll be joined by our resident Mosto, straight from Cairo, and the local scene heroes of this event—Nota Bene’s kD & Solus—who have been booming in the local scene recently.

Our event concept revolves around a royal ancient Egyptian family—King, Queen, and Prince—playing chess, dressed in traditional Egyptian attire. These figures will be displayed on a temple installation above the dance floor. As the night unfolds, they’ll transform, blending modern fashion with ancient Egyptian themes, presenting a fashion game! This live visual story will be brought to you by our visual artist, Bad Trip Project.

The experience will take place at The Glasshouse Kolosy, an exceptional brand-new location, considered to be the upcoming hot spot in the city.
