Heart opening - one-day workshop organised by Bodywork Non-dual Self-awareness Association
Can life be overwhelming, there's no stopping it? Do you have a lot on your mind? Do you find it hard to connect with your feelings? Do you long to connect with yourself and others from the heart? What is it like when you love and what is it like to be loved, to be with you, to be listened to?
Can you let go? Can it be expressed? Can it be accepted?
We invite you to stop for a moment, to connect with yourself and with others. Experience what it is to be present with an open heart, to give and receive, to allow emotions to arise and flow, to experience true presence.

You can secure your place by transferring a deposit of HUF 10,000, the remaining amount can be paid on the spot. If you cannot attend the workshop, the deposit will not be refunded.

About the Bodywork Method:
Bodywork is a body-based group self-awareness method that gives you the opportunity to get closer to the wholeness of the here and now, to get closer to yourself. Conscious presence through the body in the moment, in space, in the self and in connection. Although you are participating in a group process, each person is the protagonist and moves at their own individual pace.

About the Organisers:
The event is approved by the Bodywork - Nondual Self-awareness Association. The group leaders have participated in the min. The group leaders have participated in a 3-year methodological training, at the end of which they have obtained a certificate, and are currently members of the Association.

Jurányi House
The Jurányi Production Community Incubator House has become a key venue in the capital's cultural life, a vibrant hub of the contemporary art scene. Our aim in creating the Jurányi was to find a stable, shared home for the independent theatre and creative arts sector, providing the infrastructure necessary for its day-to-day operations. We wanted to create a cultural centre in the Buda area, a "contemporary art house" where theatre-loving young people could spend a few hours over a coffee or even a theatre performance, a creative children's activity or an acrobatic movement class, thus re-filling the abandoned educational institution with an active community life. Jurányi is more than just a theatre in Buda, it is a creative and creative base where visitors can enjoy a varied artistic, community, and educational program, in addition to a regular repertoire of 300 productions a year. We are proud that the Jurányi House is now a graduation subject in some art schools.
