Who am I?

2024-04-23T16:00:00.000Z

Who am I? Where am I from? What roles do I play in life? What am I like inside?

✎ In the eight-week closed self-study group, we will explore these questions through our creations. To explore our own world we will use different visual art techniques together with other art therapy disciplines (literature, music, movement). You do not need to have any previous artistic training to participate in the group.

-- The aim of our sessions is for you to experience a sense of liberation through creation and self-expression. Whether it's the rhythm of the movements or seeing yourself on paper.

-- In discussing your creations, you can put a range of feelings and memories into words, or experience them through the sharing of others in a trusting, safe atmosphere where there is space for current experiences and problems.

-- Week after week, you will always meet the same people. You can decide whether to join based on your first experience.

✎ Panka Deák I am a graphic designer-illustrator, educator and art therapist. In recent years, I have started teaching again, running my own workshops and currently teaching at the GYIK workshop. At the same time I am studying art therapy, which is a very exciting return to the "basics" technically, and a return to myself.
