Everyone knows the name Unicum, but how many are familiar with the true harmony of the more than 40 herbs it contains, the secrets of its aging in oak barrels, and the story of this iconic family? On this evening, we’ll go beyond the usual boundaries: you can look forward to an exclusive culinary journey where tradition meets modern gastronomy.

What’s in store for you this evening?

• The complete premium lineup: We’ll taste the intense and fresh Unicum Orange Bitter, the smooth and fruity Unicum Plum, the Unicum Barista enriched with premium coffee, and the truly special Unicum Riserva, which is further aged in oak barrels and Tokaji Aszú barrels.

• The evening will conclude with Unicum Trezor XO. This limited-edition release is aged for 10 years in oak barrels, as indicated by the XO—short for “Extra Old”—a designation that originated in cognac production and signifies this decade-long aging process. Following the 10-year period, the liqueur acquires its distinctive character during a further maturation process lasting several years in French wine-oak barrels. Its aroma features not only vanilla and tropical spices but also barrel-aged, woody notes; its flavor is dominated by ripe, oaky, and chocolatey notes alongside the complex, spicy bouquet of more than 40 types of herbs.
