Gin and tonic has been one of the most popular drinks of recent years, filling your glass with bubbles on a hot summer evening just as happily as it does on a gruelling weekday evening. Of course, there can be a huge difference between G&T and G&T: come and see us and we'll show you how to make the most of one of the world's favourite cocktails!
In this themed workshop, we'll introduce you to 5 types of Japanese gin, which you'll taste not only neat, but also with tonic. To bring out the flavours, we'll also bring in some sushi, whose sea-like aromas will pair beautifully with the spiciness of the gins. And at the end of the programme, we'll have a special dessert surprise!

Detailed programme of the workshop
1. We will celebrate your arrival with a welcome drink and then show you around the Secret Room where the workshop will be held.
2. We will introduce you to the history of the gins listed and taste the drinks, both neat and as gin and tonics.
3. we will show you the difference between commercial and premium craft tonics.
4. we'll teach you how to choose a glass for different G&Ts and why it makes a difference what kind of ice goes into a cocktail.
5. we'll introduce you to the most important gin spices so you can make 3 gin and tonics with your favourites.
