đ·directed by AgnĂšs Varda & JR
đ·What do AgnĂšs Varda, the only female member of the French new wave that is revitalising cinema, and 33-year-old French photographer and street artist JR have in common in their vision of the world?
More than meets the eye: a similar philosophy and a lifelong passion for creating, exhibiting and publishing images. The two artists set off together in JR's camper van, converted into a photo booth, to the remote villages of France, where they talk to the locals and take gigantic portraits of them. The images are taken from the walls of houses, barns, factory buildings and the sides of trains. Faces, Roadside documents these heartwarming encounters and the unlikely friendship that develops between the odd couple along the way.
đ·An unforgettable road movie with a magical atmosphere. Faces, Roadside has won more than 20 prestigious film awards, including the Golden Eye at Cannes, and was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Documentary.

Location
Bem Cinema
In January 2016, the 108-year-old Bem Cinema will reopen its doors to the public, in a new way never seen before in Hungary: as a cinema of cult and classic films (no harm!), or as the educated French say (if you know your English): as a "repertory cinema".
