Each time, a different guest brings up issues that they have been afraid or unable to talk about. The presenters also share their own experiences and work with the guest to find a solution: everyone has a problem. If we can find a way to live with it, we can even laugh about it.
The two presenters play live music during breaks in the conversation, and at the end of each show, they create a song with the guest.
