The blue drop of ink is a kind of life path, a lifeline, which then, when it meets an impregnated surface on paper, is transformed into different situations (it closes, it deflects, it passes through the surface...) My series of prints "Invisible Borders" shows the unknown and unexplored territories within us. These unknown spaces within us are for me emotional imprints from the past, or burned-in thought structures that are so automatic in the flow of our lives that they go almost unnoticed.
At the beginning of the session, I will give a brief introduction to the thought process behind my work "Invisible Borders" and the development of my subsequent watercolour works. Then the realisation (the dimensions of the painting are 33 x 41 cm).
No equipment is needed to participate in this session!
