Since its foundation - 8 years 👀 - Filip team is based at the MAHART shipyard on Népsziget. This location has been very important to us from the beginning. Those of you who were with us back then will remember the variety of activities that Filip hosted. For three years in a row we organised the Komm zu bitte! mini-festival, a garden cinema for a whole summer, countless concerts, DJ sets and record listening parties, exhibitions, fairs, workshops, bike courier races, and so on. We really miss this time and the opportunity to get together on People's Island for different events! That's why we're excited to recapture the early Filip vibes in our new showroom in ISOLA, which is now opening in the southern corner of People's Island.

ISOLA is a relaxing garden, studio and event space on the banks of the Danube - it's where we've set up Filip's new studio, and where we'll be open regularly for anyone looking for unique furniture. On the opening weekend of ISOLA we will also have a flea market stall in the courtyard on Saturday and Sunday.
In addition, for the first time we will collectively present the members of the Filip team. Filip is a collective of active artists and craftspeople who, in addition to producing custom-made furniture, interior and exterior installations, decorative murals and interior design projects on weekdays, are individually active in various fields of art and design. This weekend we would like to show you this diversity in an impromptu exhibition.
