While a sea magician is at the bottom of the water, trying to show off his latest magic to octopuses, strange fish and other sea creatures, a small fish escapes and swims towards the surface on the back of a jellyfish. He drifts ashore, where a little boy finds him and takes him home. The little fish develops a longing to become human...
