Schedule
"Tune-in, breath awareness followed by breath synchronized movement and dynamic body exercises to mobilize dormant energies and release blocks. Then we will practice some enduring, classical asanas that strengthen, harmonize, and renew our whole being in a tangible and visible way. The session will conclude with breathing exercises, relaxation and finally a common mantra."
