Duality is when we replace the true word with a false one and get a new permanent truth. This is also demonstrated in our social conflicts: we create and we destroy. With the door closed, the forces of height, of dynamic balance ebb and flow.

The dual space is the human-scale chessboard, the fictional margin of the performance in which the action takes place. And its strict set of rules serves as a crutch for our game. The plot is built on the predetermined moves of the living pieces, and the only one who has free rein is the protagonist, who controls, who plays against himself.

Budapest Big Novel is a collective work of 23 chapters by 23 contemporary writers, telling the legends of the capital's districts. Füge Produkció's call for proposals was aimed at adapting the chapters of the book in a non-formal genre. Our production brings Edina Szvoren's story 'Secret and General' to life through a work of art. In a performative show in collaboration with the Eight and a Half Inspiration Zone and Creative Space, we allow free associative space for the cooperation of fashion, movement, music and light play.
