Lázár Tesók
On 31 July, the Lazar Brothers will enchant us with a free terrace concert!
Kornél Esti and Pegazusok Nem Léteznek, the brother and sister duo known from the bands Esti Kornél and Pegazusok Nem Léteznek, were formed in 1992, when three years after Domokos, Ágoston was born. Little did they know then that they would later perform together as the Lázár brothers in a duo formation.
Schedule
Their concerts and songs are characterised by acoustic, minimal instrumentation, and their mood is in the melancholic vein of the two mother bands mentioned above. Their first concert was in 2017 at the birthday party of the online newspaper MaCsek, then only as a casual formation. In 2018 they decided to seriously engage in this project, this year they have already performed at several major festivals and clubs in Budapest.
Their second album was released in November 2023 with a double sold-out premiere at MÜPÁ, and in 2024 they toured the country with the songs from both albums.
Akvárium
As they describe themselves, it is Budapest's most frequented venue, which is also multifunctional. Akvárium is great for award ceremonies, afternoon coffees and, most importantly, concerts, thanks to the well-picked, cross-genre selection.
