~ BRATŘI (Czech Republic)
Bratři are a fresh face on the Czech electronic music scene. Twins Jiří and Ondřej conceived the music project, which oscillates around a combination of catchy electronic dance and techno. The central driving forces are Jiři's live percussion/drum beats and the melodic motives and sequences created by Ondřej on analogue and modular synthesizers. Two captivating streams converging on stage in one uncompromising flow of electrifying energy.
~ The Hybrid Drummer Duo
The duo’s sound is similar to a house / techno DJ set but Máté Jancsovics and Gábor Domonkos create their sonic texture using a hybrid drum set and a bass guitar controlling synths. The live instrumentation opens up the possibility of improvisation as well. It makes the musicians and the audience get in such a flow together, which can create a real ecstatic vibe.
