Cinema paradiso in Erzsébetváros - a cinema experience
We will start our special wander around the legendary site of one of the first cinema screenings in Budapest, and then explore emblematic cinemas together. The anecdotes will tell us which café in Erzsébetváros was the first to host a cinema in Pest. When and where were film fans welcomed in white gloves? In which cinema did the Gestapo live? What did they eat and drink in a socialist cinema? Who was the most famous guest at the Eternal Cinema? Our Erzsébetváros cinema experience will also include classic cinema delicacies and retro refreshments in the summer heat.
