Ganxsta Zolee needs no introduction to anyone today. The nightmare of mothers with girls, the country's most infamous storyteller, who founded the band Ganxsta Zolee and Kartel in 1995 and has been a constant presence in the national scene ever since.
Vilkó Takács may also be a familiar name to many, as he is mainly known as the guitarist of Ganxsta Zolee and Kartel, but he is also associated with the Nirvana Tribute band that was a success with Dani Lugosi, as well as with the countless themed guitar nights.
This is where the idea of the two devils joining forces came from, and in 2019 they launched Dos Diavolos, an acoustic duo. Initially Zoli joined Vilkó's one-guitar nights as a guest, and inspired by all this, the guitar was brought out, ideas were born and they started to create together. In 2021, the time was right to present their first album together, entitled Straight from the Swamp. As the album title suggests, this is no ordinary product. The style is, as they put it, "very dark Louisiana swamp delta blues and the illegitimate child of dark red country".
The boys didn't let up after that, they went back into the studio and released their second album, Gravedigger, in December 2023. Like the previous one, the songs are interwoven and forged into a whole by the dialogue of Góré and Fijú.
Wreck bar Debrecen
The Wreck Bar is a unique, multicultural, unique atmosphere in Debrecen, where you can find:
- a cosy pub with a special design, club music and affordable prices,
- A concert hall with a capacity of 400 people, equipped with the latest light and sound technology, with a separate service desk,
- a festival-style grill terrace with a show kitchen,
- The Rézangyal Pálinka House with a full range of Rézangyal, Suhancos, Békési and Márton & Lányai pálinka,
- more than 400 m2 of indoor terrace area, for those who want to have fun and chat in peace and quiet,
- and, from Csapó Street, on the pedestrian street opposite the main entrance of the Forum, an outdoor terrace of about 100 m2 with a fountain, reminiscent of a Mediterranean small-town café.
A special feature is that the venue also has its own brandy.
