Team leadership and organisational change

Organizations working for social change need people who take responsibility for the collective work of the organization and the group as a community - we see them as leaders. At the School of Public Life, we believe that leadership is important in well-functioning organisations, and that each organisation can shape the framework for this in its own image. In this training, we will learn together what it means to be a leader in a grassroots group, how to build your organisation consciously, how to be a coordinator to manage internal changes and circumstances.
