MŰSORKLUB - MÓNIKA SHOW & BALÁZS SHOW
2024-12-03T19:00:00.000Z
Show Club again, let's raise the stakes! The third show will be DOUBLE HEADER, the two talk show giants, the Mónika show and the Balázs show!
The Mónika Show (2001-'10) and the Balázs Show (2003-'08) were the much-meme-ed talk shows of RTL Club. Their format included the presenter acting as a sort of mediator to try to solve the private problems of the average people invited in, usually by sitting the two disputants face to face. It was extremely entertaining, but morally questionable in some cases, to see private arguments and sometimes quarrels that escalated to violence on screen.
Kristóf Rubin, the former editor-in-chief of the Balázs Show, tells us about the behind-the-scenes of the shows.
SHOW CLUB - THIRD PROGRAMME: MÓNIKA SHOW (2001-'10) & BALÁZS SHOW (2003 - '08)
GUEST: Kristóf Rubin - Editor-in-Chief of The Balázs Show and Editor-in-Chief of the first one and a half seasons of The Mónika Show
Watching a TV show together, watching famous/infamous commercial TV shows and episodes on the big screen, then discussing what they saw, discovering behind-the-scenes secrets with Lócsi Fazakas, Pete Hajmási and their interlocutors.
It's time to look back at the time when everyone was watching the same thing and the mainstream hadn't yet broken into the thousands, when the golden moments of the garden variety were a gift to pop culture, when we were subjected to social experiments by the programmes that poured into our living rooms.
