The Digi Tanoda Foundation organises free afternoon sessions for primary school children, where they can be part of an accepting and empowering community while developing their digital and social skills. Fifty children, some from disadvantaged backgrounds, from Yózsefváros and Csepel attend the weekly sessions. In addition, the school's staff and volunteers also prepare children for the dangers of the online world in one-off internet safety sessions in other locations in Budapest and beyond, and organise summer camps and recreational activities for school children.

The playful sessions will strengthen skills that prepare students to use the tools of the digital world in a conscious, creative, critical and safe way, help them in their daily lives and learning, and contribute to becoming informed and aware citizens.

Because being in community is good, and because every child deserves to be safe online.

The proceeds from the fundraising concert will go towards next year's three-day summer camp, so that more children can have a fun summer experience.
