Inner Ceremony - mantra circle and sound journey
At the beginning of December we will practice together again, and this time our focus will be on slowing down, coming into the heart, and celebrating the inner ceremony. The year-end to-do's are approaching, gatherings are happening, many different energies are mixing, the world is getting busier, and the first winds of winter are calling you to slow down and go inward. We invite you to return to your inner core, to decorate your soul, to sing from the heart, to give thanks together. Let us light a light together to shine out to others.
Mantras and good vibrations have healing powers, grounding, cleansing and connecting. If we gather in a circle to formulate and send out our intention, it will be more solid, surely building our path.
Schedule
We will begin the evening with a short sharing circle and inspirational card drawing, then immerse ourselves in ancient heart-opening mantras and relax in the sound bath. Orka's instrument, the monochord, brings us into a meditative state that heals and lifts us into a unified vibration with the universe. We welcome you to join us in a circle to tune into yourself.
Arrive with a specific intention in your heart.
No vocal ability is required for mantra chanting.
Mattresses and pillows are provided, if you are cold you can bring a shawl with you to the sound bath, some blankets are provided.
