The word "kin" has a double meaning; it can also refer to a family member, a relative or a member of the tribe. Sobekin is a monthly gathering where tribe members can connect with each other and share a common passion for a sophisticated deep-melodic-ethnic sound. Such an important event cannot be complete without a visit from a distant relative whose closeness is important to us.

A producer DJ with Italian roots living in Madrid, he is a true rarity in the house scene. Bawrut's music is full of playful references and crazy ideas, sometimes disordered, sometimes Germanically precise, and he is able to put them to good use in a variety of ways. No two tracks or remixes are the same in his catalogue but in a way that is always recognisable behind a track, it's perhaps the highest level. This is the third time we've hosted him and it's no coincidence; since his visits in 2021 and 2023 he's been non-stop churning out better and better treks, with at least 1-2/Sobekin being the ratio.
