The Mother - the most defining first character in each of our lives. She is where everything starts, where we learn to live. The way she connected with us is a mould for the way we connect later on - with ourselves and with important others.
Our relationship to our mother is something we carry with us for a lifetime, it stays with us, shaping us. Whether it was good or painful.
How do early childhood experiences affect our present? What are our subconscious patterns of attachment? And does Freud really believe that we can suspect the mother behind all phenomena?
