The story of Grace Pudel is a heartbreaking journey of brotherly love, loss and new beginnings. Set in 1970s Australia, Grace and her twin brother Gilbert struggle to hold on to each other despite hardships, even as they are orphaned and separated from each other by different foster families. As they grow up, Grace's passion for collecting snails becomes her only solace, while Gilbert struggles with cruelty and oppression in his new family.
When a tragedy and a betrayed love tear Grace's life apart, her only support is a kind, wise old woman who encourages her to face her past and rebuild her life. Following a promise from her sister, Grace finally finds her own path, until a fateful encounter brings her hope. A compelling story of human perseverance and love, this film will leave no one indifferent.

Bem Cinema
In January 2016, the 108-year-old Bem Cinema will reopen its doors to the public, in a new way never seen before in Hungary: as a cinema of cult and classic films (no harm!), or as the educated French say (if you know your English): as a "repertory cinema".
