Kruder & Dorfmeister play the K&D Sessions Live

Kruder & Dorfmeister, one of the most important duos in the Viennese downtempo scene and one of the best known for slowed-down, triphop, chill music in general, are back with their most important release, the remix album The K&D Sessions, released in 1998 and famous for it, that although it offers a cross-section of electronic dance music of the era, from Roni Size to Depeche Mode to Lamb, the remixes here are essentially reworkings built around vocal samples - all dubbed, nujazzed, lounge versions in K&D's own image. Celebrating its twenty-fifth anniversary, the genre classic, which has sold well over a million copies, is reissued in an expanded version - including a Madonna remix - and the duo are joined by a live band to bring their unique atmospheric palette to the stage.
