This flash of unconscious brain activity, which can even make us feel euphoric, is called the aha experience. Intuitive aha-feelings also give us the confidence and motivation to take on new tasks, so they play a very important role in turning our thoughts into action and in giving us a high chance of achieving our goals.
💡 Of course, a great idea doesn't necessarily mean automatic success or a solution to every problem - success is a combination of purpose and means - but that unexpected, cathartic moment when something logical or creative pops into our heads can fill us with enormous energy, joy and enthusiasm.

In the second Phenomenal Creative Self-Awareness Art Coaching workshop on creative existence and the impact of sudden ideas, you will share your experiences in a close circle. You can share aha experiences in your life that may have turned your life upside down. Using the tools of art coaching and by becoming aware of your experiences, you can focus on your own examples of how you think, act and how your creativity works. You can map and concretise your most important goal or set of goals, and look at the internal and external opportunities that lead to them.
Is it a real joy when you, yourself, come up with connections and solutions? It must be - as it is for everyone, because it shows us that we can cope with our problems, that we can rely on our intuition and our knowledge and experience. Coaching reinforces this process by not giving advice, giving opinions or criticism, or teaching, but by guiding us through a problem situation with good questions and open feedback.
Maybe you are already in a process, maybe you are just starting out on your journey. You can always call on those seemingly out-of-nowhere threads of thought that can light up in front of you and lead you to new solutions as motivation to find your way.
