Waves of the heart - mantra circle and sound journey
Nature is still hibernating, but the sun is shining more and more, and our spirits are already stretching towards spring. The breaths are bigger, we can hear the heart beating. Our next session will focus on opening the heart, vibrating in the heart, and flowing those waves in and out. How can I open up? Where is my inner, nourishing quality? How do I take care of myself? How do I connect with others?
This energy defines the flow between the outside and the inside, and the connection between our lower, instinctual, natural being and the elevated, divine, wise part of us.

Mantras and good vibrations have healing power, grounding, cleansing and connecting. When we gather in a circle to formulate and send out our intention, it becomes more solid, surely building our path.
We will begin the evening with a short sharing circle and inspirational card drawing, then immerse ourselves in ancient heart-opening mantras and relax in the sound bath. Orka's instrument, the monochord, brings us into a meditative state that heals and lifts us into a unified vibration with the universe. We welcome you to join us in a circle to tune into yourself.
Arrive with a sankalpa, a specific intention.
No vocal skills are required for mantra chanting.
Mattresses and cushions are provided, if you are cold you can bring a shawl with you to the sound bath, some blankets are provided.
