🤔 How much do we know about ourselves?

Scepticism about the outside world is something many of us are familiar with: we can't be sure that the outside world is really as we know it. But what about our inner world, our mental life? We would like to believe that we at least know ourselves for sure, because we know exactly what we think, experience and feel. Or maybe not? Could there be a part of our mind that we don't have access to? Is there even a good way to know ourselves? This time we discuss some possible obstacles to self-knowledge.
