Women's Day Self-Defence Workshop - Strength, Confidence, Safety
On the occasion of International Women's Day, we invite you to a special self-defence workshop where you will have the opportunity to learn some simple but useful techniques, while building your confidence and experiencing your own strength.
The aim of the event is not only to demonstrate practical self-defence, but also to start a dialogue on how we can make our public spaces safer and increase the sense of security in our daily lives.

👥 The event is open to children aged 12 and over, between 12-14 years old a parent or guardian is required.
