Juhász Kata Company
On July 4, audiences can see the site-specific performance of Kata Juhász Company's production Bo Bitter, created for the outdoor spaces of the Hungarian House of Music, performed by dancers András Déri and Kata Juhász, as well as musicians Tara Khozein, Endre Kertész, Zsolt Bartek, and Ádám Darázs. What makes this performance unique is that the participating musicians are not merely acoustic props, but, like the dancers, are very visible, playful characters in the events on stage.

The audience is treated to a unique experience, as the setting of the performance is an environment where nature, in the form of lush vegetation, ventures very close to the stage, while the changing light conditions, the twilight, and the choreographed timing of the performance also contribute to the powerful atmosphere of the live musical dance performance.
The performance is a soft, playful, dreamlike evocation of memory, which each time paints a different picture of our former selves. In any case, this memory is an emotionally charged replay of the wheel of fate, even to the dramatic and sudden events of our lives. It is an opportunity to relive defining experiences, which also sheds new light on the scenes that are brought back to life. This has a powerful effect on us: it changes us. In this sense, this performance is a public rebirth, which the audience can now witness: the intimate confession of dancers and musicians, articulated in the most refined movements, accompanied by delicate fragments of sound or loud runs, embedded in a picturesque environment.
