No dance experience required—just curiosity and a willingness to move.

Discover the intersection of dance, jewelry, and sculpture in this immersive workshop open to both dancers and non-dancers. Explore how form, texture, weight, and temperature of crafted objects influence the body’s movement and presence. Participants will engage with wearable and sculptural pieces, experimenting with how these objects can shape, inspire, or even restrict motion. Through guided exploration, you’ll create a dynamic exchange between body and material, uncovering new modes of expression and perception. No dance experience required—just curiosity and a willingness to move.

Location: Kollab (Mammut I. 3rd floor)
Maximum number of participants: 15 people.
After the workshop we will share our experience over a refreshing lemonade.
The price of the workshop, which includes the movement art session and lemonade of your choice: 7000 HUF
Please arrive 10 minutes earlier if you can. If you would like to change into more comfortable clothes (we will use acrylic/watercolour paints during the workshop), there is the possibility to use a changing room.

The workshop will be conducted in English.
The workshop is lead by Ayumi Toyabe contemporary dancer, Mária Roskó contemporary jewelry artist and Zsófia Ádám fine artist.
The music involved during the workshop is composed by Bálint Bolcsó.
Their joint exhibition was presented in MyMuseum and Trafó Kabin, the videowork was part of Light Year Festival in New York.
