In this exercise we will again test our strength, endurance and challenge our body and mind.
To be strong we need balance, but to stay balanced we need strength.

Schedule
The aim of the class is to use elements of yoga and Pilates to become stronger, develop our sense of balance, become more focused, more stable.
We arrive in yoga, tune up, get ready and go, strengthen our core muscles with Pilates, then move on to balance exercises of the two forms of movement, then rest, stretch and relax.
Exercise is for everyone, you don't need to be trained, you don't need to be homeless, it's ok if you're a beginner!
The practice is for everyone who wants to balance their everyday life, shape their body, strengthen their spirit.
The location is the wonderful Yurt Energy Centre, where the place itself, the environment, the smells, the air we breathe are all there to support us!
