Aerial yoga

Our classes are held on a suspended hammock. We will use familiar yoga asanas, do strengthening and stretching exercises, and introduce you to some really new poses that can only be done with the help of the hammock.
Recommended for everyone, especially for those who like special forms of movement, for those who value stretching and strengthening the muscles of the core.

Schedule
The benefits offered by suspension increase efficiency in developing strength and flexibility, and provide a fun, colourful and challenging exercise.
đ Class duration: 75 minutes
Class structure:
- 15 minutes of meditation and warm-up,
- 50 minutes of active aerial yoga,
- 10 minutes of relaxation

â Here's what you need to know before you join your first class:
Arrive at least 10 minutes before class to allow time to change and set up your silk carpet.
đRecommended attire:
Comfortable, unzipped clothing (body-fitting clothing, long cican pants and minimum short sleeve t-shirt),
barefoot or non-slip socks, yoga hips,
NO jewellery (silk material can easily tear e.g. stone ring, earrings).
It is recommended that you do not eat 1 hour before the start time.
