Join me for a dynamic week-end practice, where Csaba Kuritár will perform handpans for us, and accompany the practice and relaxation with his wonderful melodies.

You can participate in the class as a beginner or advanced student, there will always be facilitation in different poses as well as relaxation opportunities.
The programme is subject to change depending on the weather!

Meet at the grassy square next to the "Dove of Piece" statue.
Bring your own mat, water, a sweatshirt in case of cooler weather, and a blanket or towel for relaxation.
If you don't have a mattress, I can bring a limited number.
