Yoga by the Danube – Flow to the People
Starting July 2025, we're back with our YOGA ON THE RIVERSIDE – Flow to the People sessions!
Join us on weekend mornings, regularly throughout the summer.
Together with co-organizers and multiple instructors, each session offers the chance to try out different yoga styles and movement practices.
Schedule
🧘♀️ Location: Jane Haining Riverside, Budapest
🕖 Meeting point: 7:45 AM in front of Viadukt Bar
🕗 Yoga session: 8:00–9:00 AM
What to bring: a yoga mat, towel, or blanket — anything you can comfortably lay on the ground.
What to wear: loose, comfortable clothing suitable for movement.
Important Notes:
༄ All sessions follow the principle of gradual progression, so you’ll feel welcome even if it’s your first time practicing yoga.
༄ If possible, avoid heavy meals or drinks for 1.5–2 hours before the session.
༄ Participation is at your own responsibility, and all attendees must remain within the designated area of the riverside during practice.
༄ Please practice mindfully, respecting your own limits and the environment around you.
✨ The sessions are contribution-based (suggested donation: 1,500–2,700 HUF). Your support is deeply appreciated!

RAKPART ~ 2025
Once again, the lower Pest embankment (Rakpart) will be open for relaxation and recreation.
From March 15 to October 26, 2025, the area is open to pedestrians, cyclists, and micromobility users on weekendsand, during summer, even on weekdays.
We'll transform the space into a pop-up public park — bringing people closer to the city and the river.
RAKPART ~ 2025 is all about community, the river — and us.
Organized in cooperation with the Budapest Municipality and Valyo – City and River Association.
