Italian Pasta Workshop

📍 Location: Bukarest Street 19-21, 1114 Budapest

We'll explore the differences and similarities between Hungarian and Italian kneaded pastas.

Using various types of flour, we’ll knead and roll out pasta in different shapes.

We’ll discuss why the shape and size matter, and the role of seasoning — or lack thereof.

You'll learn how to cook and store your homemade pasta, and how to elevate its appearance to an artistic level.

At the end of the three-hour workshop, we'll enjoy a delicious surprise pasta dinner together — accompanied by a glass of prosecco. 🙂
