Orsi Tapasztó: This Is Not Rocket Science – A Guide to a Better Life

20:00 Café Stage

This book will be your companion. Whether it rests in your bag or on your nightstand, you can trust it to support you when you need it.

Orsi Tapasztó offers an intimate look at how she faced her insecurities, embarked on the path of self-acceptance, reinterpreted her losses, and became increasingly authentic and free — with the clear intention of showing the way toward a better life. She also shares who her most important thinkers were and which schools of thought and methods helped her realize that self-knowledge is not rocket science… but often a much tougher discipline.
