Following the huge success of Little Swans, an introductory version of Sleeping Beauty for young children, Little Lace, has also been created. The aim of OPERA's "Little Ballets" series is to introduce children to the magical world of ballet at an early age. In Little Sleeping Beauty, a narrator prepares the story, which is performed in the special language of ballet, where students of the Hungarian National Ballet Institute can learn about the theater, ballet, and the process of creating performances with professional partners and in professional conditions, and can practice their craft in real life. This also gives parents an opportunity to see what their children are doing. The narrator's text was written by Dorottya Szendrődy, the Ballet Institute's dance history and etiquette teacher. KisCsipke covers the entire plot from beginning to end, although not in as much detail as the original Sleeping Beauty ballet.
